From my very first appointment, Scarlet made me feel comfortable and welcome. She even introduced me to her dog, which gave us an instant connection. Throughout the process, she was thorough, patient, and took the time to make sure both the fit and the sound of my hearing aids were right for me. She listened carefully to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I always felt that she genuinely cared about helping me hear my best, and that meant a great deal to me. The office was very welcoming. The Specialist as you enter the building, greets you with a smile. And works with kindness and respect towards everything I needed. The physician was amazing . She was very precise in everything she did. I had explained to her that I was diagnosed with noise reductions and tinnitus. And after several different types tests the results came, and she discussed them with myself and my husband with the upmost respect. 5 stars .
