This office is amazing! Our first visit, we were greeted in the parking lot to help my husband get out of the car in to a wheelchair. It is the most caring, kind, helpful, and pleasant office we've visited. Scarlet was able to help my husband attain hearing that he hasn't had in a long time and we are thrilled with the result! She is very knowledgeable, professional, and listens to your needs to help you get the best fit. I guess you could say that you feel like you're at home from the very first visit. ! We would highly recommend!

Scarlett is always top notch and today was no exception! I've been traveling for a couple of years and missed check ups, tune ups and normal maintenance. Today in her professional manner she did all the above while we caught up as old friends do. Not only is Scarlett a pro but her staff is well trained, friendly and a great asset to the practice. Oh I guess the only thing I forgot was the office dog who is well behaved and adds a great down home atmosphere . . . I highly recommend Gibbs Hall Hearing!
