The service and attention I received from Gibbs Hall Hearing was incredible. Everything was explained to me, tests were done, and then the choice of hearing aids was recommended. I'm a 71 year old man, who struggled to hear people in a conversation, or had to ask them to talk louder, to where those around me with normal hearing were uncomfortable. The hearing aids that were recommended after tests were conducted, I purchased, have changed my life. The Dr explained slowly, and in detail, how the aids would work. The program was loaded on my phone, an android, and works wonderfully. My life has improved incredibly. I now get to hear people talking to me. Walks I take with my dogs, allow me to hear the birds and the leaves crunching under my feet. I have my life back.

Scarlet went above and beyond to make sure my appointment went well. She made sure I was comfortable with my hearing devices, the fit and the color! As soon as we walked in the door, we felt very welcome. The staff at the front desk as well as Scarlett was there and we had a lovely conversation to start. Once we got back in the office with Scarlett, I see now why she gets such good reviews. She explains things very well and she takes her time and is very personable. I felt like we knew her our whole life. Makes you feel like she’s part of your family. She is quite a gem. If you’re looking to get your ears checked or getting a new pair of hearing aids, this is the place to go.

Henry is another satisfied patient. He is 89 years old and a WWII, Korea and Vietnam Marine Veteran, who was also a helicopter machine gunner. He recently acquired his driver’s license because of his new Audibel hearing aids!
